Dário Alves’s Reverse Diet

When Dário contacted us (left picture) he had already tried to diet, but always following restrictive approaches. Here we share the continued transformation that Dário did (picture on the right), where even after enjoying a holiday, he managed to maintain the results he had achieved and do, once again, as planned, a successful reverse diet!
Reverse dieting is a great tool to maintain good physical condition while you increase your calories after a caloric deficit, allowing your metabolism to recover in a progressive way, guaranteeing good physical condition, with minimal fat gain.
