A coaching program by teamtransformerz.com can include aerobic exercise, callisthenic exercise, resistance training and others in order to improve muscular strength and resistance, as well as flexibility and body composition.

Teamtransformerz.com understands that the reactions of the heart, lungs and circulatory system cannot be precisely predicted. Teamtransformerz.com also knows that there is the risk of the occurrence of abnormal changes during or after physical exercise, that can include abnormalities in arterial pressure or heart attacks. The practice of resistance training (weight training) can lead to pain and muscle, joint and/or bone injuries if it is not performed adequately.

Teamtransformerz.com will not be responsible for any damage and/or physical injuries suffered while following any of its coaching programs. By subscribing to one of our coaching programs, you assume total responsibility and liability for any damage, injury or loss that may occur during or after said program.

Any nutritional advice provided by teamtransformerz.com will be followed at your own risk. Teamtransformerz.com cannot be responsible or liable for any allergies or food intolerances that you have to any food recommended by us.

A client that uses teamtransformerz.com’s services is CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGED to deliver his weekly feedback to his Coach. The Coach is obliged to reply to said feedback in an adequate time frame, after it is received.

Teamtransformerz.com is forever totally free from any liability for present and future complaints, refund requests, complaints, damage and court lawsuits.

Clients that use the online coaching provided by teamtransformerz.com commit to write to their Coach on a weekly basis throughout the duration of their coaching program. If a client wishes to suspend his/her coaching program he/she will only be able to do so if a medical certificate is presented (ex: injury, disease, medical recommendation, residency change).
