The best tips for hunger control!

Hunger is something inevitable throughout any diet.

It doesn’t really matter how much food you ate during your off-season, how efficient your metabolism is or how long you’ve been dieting for.

At some point in your diet, it’s more than likely that you feel hunger – of success, more results and above all – FOOD! Here are a few tips that can keep you on the right track and put some distance between you and hunger:

  • Tons of vegetable.

Why?

Because they are stupidly low in calories, which translates into higher volume of food. This means you can chew more, fill your stomach up in a more efficient way and help you avoid that chocolate that doesn’t fit your macros.

  • You make sure you’re consuming enough fiber. Fiber not only aids digestion but also helps to keep you fuller, longer. Fiber can be found in food such as avocado, legumes, vegetables, oatmeal, brown rice, berries and in most fruit.
  • Eat less often.

Every time we eat, our body produces the hunger hormone.

Eating less meals throughout the day means that you’re producing less of this hormone. So, your meals will become bigger so that you can easily fit in any food to hit your macors!

  • Water, water, water… Aim for around 50-60mls per kg of body weight to guarantee optimal hydration, incredible pumps and also much less of a will to eat!
  • Diminish the amount of carbs at breakfast.

Even disregarding studies that claim that by diminishing carbs at breakfast “can” lead to greater fat loss, by doing this reduction we’ll have the opportunity to eat most of our carbs later on in the day –  which is the time where most people suffer from hunger chrysie.
